SMAAJ is managed by its Executive Director (ED) who is the formal head of the organization or the management head.
The ED reports to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors. The heads of support departments such as Finance, HR and Systems & Program Administration Department report to the Executive Director.
On the program side; ED is supported by following three Managers who also report to ED:
- Manager Programme Director
- Coordinator Field Operations
- Manager Systems & Program Administration
Manager Program Development & Quality is responsible for overall program development and support, quality of program and program sustainability which includes fundraising and linkages for continuity of programs.
Manager Field Operations is responsible for the successful implementation of all SMAAJ projects and has to extend guidance and supervision to all Project Heads. All the Project Heads report to Manager Field Operations.
Manager Systems & Program Administration is responsible for effective organizational systems and administrative and MEAL support to program interventions. The core admin and MEAL staff reports to this position.
